HERE YOU’LL FIND ALL THE TOOLKITS DEVELOPED THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT
This toolkit was developed to capture and share the insights, tools, and approaches that emerged from the FoodBack project. Across partner countries, it became clear that young people are eager to engage with sustainability, climate change, and food systems. They are curious about how to turn their ideas into tangible projects or businesses, yet often lack the structured guidance, experience, and competencies needed to translate their motivation into meaningful action.
Youth workers are in a unique position to support them, but they too face challenges. While many bring valuable skills in facilitation and non-formal education, they may not have a strong background in entrepreneurship, agriculture, green transition, or food systems. This gap can make it difficult for them to provide the specialized support young people need to thrive in these fields. The toolkit aims to bridge that gap, equipping both youth and youth workers with practical methods and resources to inspire change and foster innovation.
Marketing is a cornerstone of any entrepreneurial activity, regardless of the market, industry, or ultimate goal. It is not simply about selling a product or service—it is about creating visibility, building relationships, and establishing trust with the people an entrepreneur seeks to reach. Without marketing, even the most innovative ideas risk going unnoticed, leaving their potential untapped.
For entrepreneurs, marketing provides the means to understand customer needs, communicate value, and differentiate themselves in a crowded marketplace. It ensures that products or services are not only seen but also perceived as relevant and desirable. Whether the objective is profit-driven growth, social impact, or community development, marketing plays a vital role in translating vision into reality. By connecting ideas with audiences, it empowers entrepreneurs to scale their initiatives and achieve meaningful results.
